The university has always followed the guidelines and rules of the Organization of the United Nations with regard to education, science and culture (UNESCO) for Open Learning.
he Open Learning is a term - so to speak - protector for any training or educational scheme, with the aim of removing barriers to learning, with reference to age, time, place and space. Learning With this system, people take their responsibilities of what they learn, how quickly they learn and when learning ends.
Universities with programs open made education a vehicle for development in our present time. It is also an expression of great freedom, defiance and liberation for all people in the world, in relation to open and distance education.
Classes may be actual or virtual, with teachers or qualified instructors.
2 - Program on Life Experience (By Life Experience):
These academic accreditation programs are recognized by UNESCO, based on the experience of applicants who have not completed college or have no formal studies, such as workshops, seminars, conferences, symposia, or are the authors of books or have developed a solid verifiable work experience, among other requirements.
This academic method has been effective for more than a decade ago, one of the largest successful accreditation programs open in a large number of universities worldwide.
